Individual Item Purchases

Under certain conditions, we will accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will also pay for the return of any defective or broken item in its original packaging. However, we reserve the right to request photographic proof before accepting any return.
We will not refund you for a change of mind.
Any refunds will occur on the receipt and inspection of the returned faulty item to Raw Beauty Box.
All refunds will be processed using the same payment facility during the initial purchase.
All refunds or returns are at our absolute discretion and are not automatic.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our orders with reputable couriers, and every order is tracked.

We ship all items from our Brisbane-based warehouse, and delivery is approx 5-10 business days, depending on location.

Shipping times will increase during peak periods, such as Christmas and New Year, public holidays, and Easter.

*Please note that due to the COVID-19 changes, delivery timeframes for Australia Post have been impacted.
