UGC Content

1. Introduction

By submitting User-Generated Content (“UGC”) to Raw Beauty Group trading as Raw Beauty Box, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to any content you submit, including but not limited to photos, videos, reviews, and comments.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to submit UGC. Anyone appearing in the video must be above the age of 16 years or accompanied by an adult in the video.

3. Content Submission

By submitting UGC, you grant Raw Beauty Group trading as Raw Beauty Box a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the UGC in connection with Raw Beauty Group trading as Raw Beauty Box’s business, including but not limited to promoting and redistributing part or all of the UGC in any media formats and through any media channels.

4. Ownership and Permissions

You confirm that any persons appearing in the UGC have given their consent to be featured and have their image and likeness used by Raw Beauty Group trading as Raw Beauty Box as described in these terms. Once you agree to these terms, Raw Beauty Group trading as Raw Beauty Box assumes ownership of the UGC.

5. Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit UGC that:
– Is illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise injurious to third parties.
– Contains any form of malware, spyware, or other malicious content.
– Violates any laws or regulations.
– Includes children in a bath type situation or any nudity of any kind where a child is concerned.

6. Moderation and Removal

Raw Beauty Group trading as Raw Beauty Box reserves the right to moderate, review, and remove any UGC at its discretion. This includes but is not limited to content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raw Beauty Group trading as Raw Beauty Box, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your UGC.

8. Usage Rights

– Videos will be used on Raw Beauty Group trading as Raw Beauty Box’s website and social media platforms.
– Videos will be used across all socials and on our website for up to a 12-month period.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Raw Beauty Group trading as Raw Beauty Box will handle any personal data submitted with UGC in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our privacy policy.

10. Compensation

Compensation for the UGC will be in the form of a full refund of the purchase price of the item that triggered the UGC request. Once the UGC terms are confirmed by email, this will constitute your acceptance of the agreement. Once the video has been received and vetted for use, a refund will occur within 3 business days to the original payment source.

11. Credit Attribution

Raw Beauty Group trading as Raw Beauty Box will provide credit to the creator of the UGC by way of the customer’s first name, the first letter of their last name, and their approximate location to build legitimacy.

12. Compliance with Creation Guidelines

The information contained in the pamphlet laying out how the UGC is to be created forms part of the terms and conditions you are agreeing to. If these guidelines are not met, no refund will be processed and the UGC video will be disposed of.

13. Multiple Products

Where multiple products have been purchased, Raw Beauty Group trading as Raw Beauty Box will advise which products a UGC may be created for if not all products are eligible. Only products referenced and appearing in the UGC will be refunded.

14. Changes to Terms

Raw Beauty Group trading as Raw Beauty Box may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued submission of UGC constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
